Semester is almost done....

I can see it, the end of the semester. It's almost here. This time tomorrow I'll be snuggled up in my bed sound to sleep dreaming of the snow that should be on the ground (on top of the other snow we have already gotten) hoping that Kaylee's school is closed the next day because it's Pj's and Redbox's for us girls. If it weren't for her having an exam Friday (yes Kindergarteners have exams too!) and needing to practice for her Christmas play, I would let her have a mental health day! I have so many things to catch up on while I am on break.....sleep, reading, my social life (or lack there of), going to the gym, etc etc. It's sad that I have let so much go over these past 4 months of school. I haven't had a hair cut or color since the semester started and it's starting to look pretty darn scary. That's definately on my list of to-do's for the semester. I also HAVE to work since I have to pay Kaylee's school tuition. If it weren't for that, I probably would just lay around the house catching up on things. I mean I have LOTS. It should be illegal for someone to have that much to do. Oh well. That's an update on me.....more to come Starting Wednesday.

A little laughter goes a long way.....

After school has just about kilt (yes I said kilt because it's that bad) mom and I rented a totally hilarious Tyler Perry Movie. We laughed until we about cried......sometimes I did! But, it totally helped, seriously. I was so down about everything, but now I am better....sort of. Laughter does heal. I highly suggest it.

Well, OMG it freaking snowed a boat load (well a boat load for KY) here today. My girls actually got to go out and play in the snow and use those snow pants and boots that we buy faithfully every year like we live in Alaska or something. But, I was a bad mommy and didn't even take any freaking pictures. Oh well.

OH SNAP, I found my new favorite place since I can't be in Florida right now......Orange Leaf self serve Fro-Yo (frozen yogurt for all those not down with the lingo these days.....and neither am I LOL). OMG they have pineapple frozen yogurt you can mix with regular vanilla and man alive it's like a freaking Dole Whip from Disney World. I felt like I was right there while I was eating it. Snow was beating down on my car windshield but I was so warm and toasty eating it. Only 6 more months and I'll be back! Thank god.

Tomorrow once again I get to once again have the awesome pleasure of being a leader in the family care room at church. I absolutely LOVE it. All the families are awesome and I am so glad that I got the opportunity to do it. I am so glad I do it!

Well, back to my mile long to-do list.......Later Taters!

The First of Many................

Well, my first blog post......publically! I might warn you...I ramble A LOT! Sorry! You were warned!

Sunday's have become my FAVORITE days of all. Wanna know why?? Jesus! I am totally awesomely in love with JESUS! Going to church, studying the bible, and working with the awesome families in Family Care at church makes my day! I absolutely love it!

Next order of business........School.

Uggggghhhhh is all I can say. 2.5 more weeks and I get a Christmas break. I can't freaking wait. I feel like I need to lay in bed for the entire 4 weeks watching soaps and made for tv movies but I know I will just clean, work, clean, read, clean, scrapbook, clean, and take a million pictures. I can't stand to just sit around. Right now my to-do list has about 20 things that I MUST get done before I got to bed tonight...(and it's already 8:19pm here) or I will be up all night............what do I have to do one must wonder?!

Here goes my list, brace yourselves!
-Finish making out my Christmas Cards
-read to Kaylee
-Study for my exam this week
-prepare for my group presentation (For the record, I would rather poke my eyes out myself than do group projects)
-clean my upstairs bathroom
-steam the wrinkles out of Kaylee's clothes for tomorrow
-organize my desk...because it's a freaking mess
-finish the laundry
-balance my checkbook
-set up online payments for the upcoming months bills
-check the status of some online purchases (not a big deal but I HAVE to know where my stuff is! HEHEHE)
-find the fax number to fax my pay stub in
-figure out my schedule for the next month or so
-change the air filters upstairs
-take out the trash
-do the dishes
-put the stuff in the recycle bin

.....and I am sure the list could go on and on..........I just can't stand to leave things un-done!

Well, this was just a "taste" of the awesomeness (or craziness...depends on who you are and how you think) that is to come with this public blog I have.

Enjoy!!!!
